We’ve just used this company today, absolutely brilliant service Philip Watters arrived early and talked with my mum extremely well and had a very well mannered vocabulary. I’d highly suggest this company all day long even throughout the devastating times they still are there to sit through and talk you through everything properly and even offered to help us even further after the funeral. I can't recommend Joseph Hay's enough. What was a horrific time arranging my dad's funeral, was helped incredibly by Robert with his expertise, kindness and compassion.
